Sweepstakes Rules

These Sweepstakes Rules are provided by [Truessence Inc.] (collectively referred to herein as "the team," "we," "our," or "us").

[NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING.]

Sweepstakes Coins may be used to participate in Promotional Play games for a chance to win additional Sweepstakes Coins, which are redeemable for real-world prizes. These Sweepstakes Rules must be read in conjunction with our general Terms and Conditions.

Sponsor

The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Truessence Inc. ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor's decisions regarding the operation, management, acceptance of entries, and the type and value of prizes are final and binding. Each spin within a game constitutes a separate sweepstakes instance ("Sweepstakes Period"), which begins at the start of the spin and concludes at the end of that spin.

Eligibility to Participate

Definitions:

a) "Eligible Participant" means a legal resident of the Permitted Territories.

b) "[Permitted Territories]" means:

* The United States, excluding the states of Connecticut, California, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Washington and West Virginia.

* Canada, excluding the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.

The sweepstakes is open only to Eligible Participants who are at leasttwenty one(21) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. [PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.]

This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to determine the legality of participation in their jurisdiction.

Participation constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Sweepstakes Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Employees, officers, and directors of Truessence Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of this sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (those who share the same residence for at least three months per year) are not eligible to participate.

Users must create a free account to participate in the sweepstakes and receive Sweepstakes Coins.

Sweepstakes Coins

Eligible Participants may collect Sweepstakes Coins through the following methods:

a. Daily Login Bonus: Eligible Participants may claim Sweepstakes Coins daily by:

1. Signing into their account.

2. Clicking the "Daily Bonus" button in the "Promotions".

3. Clicking "Claim" if eligible.

Participants may claim only one Daily Bonus per 24-hour period.

b. Mobile Number Verification: Participants may receive Sweepstakes Coins by verifying their mobile phone number during account registration. The amount awarded is at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

c. Completing In-App Tasks: Eligible Participants may earn Sweepstakes Coins by completing designated daily tasks within the platform (e.g., consecutive logins, bonus missions). Reward amounts vary per task and are displayed in the app.

d. Alternate Method of Entry (AME): There are two ways to obtain free Sweepstakes Coins via AMOE:

* Postal Request:

1. Handwrite your return address and the words "Sweepstakes Entry" on an envelope.

2. Include a 4" x 6" blank, unlined white card inside, clearly handwritten with:

* One unique Postal Request Code (available in your account).

* Your full legal name (as on government ID).

* The email address registered to your account.

* Your residential address associated with your account.

* The following declaration: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."

3. Mail the envelope to:[821 17th St, Denver, CO 80202, US].

Each valid postal request will credit 2Sweepstakes Coins to the participant's account.

* Online AME Form: Participants may request access to an online AMOE application form by contacting customer support at support@polycasino.com. Upon approval, Sweepstakes Coins will be credited per the provided instructions.

e. Sweepstakes Coins may also be obtained by clicking on or installing designated applications.

The use of bots, automated programs, false identities, or third-party entry services is prohibited and will result in disqualification.Only players who have passed our verification process are eligible to receive free sweepstakes coins.

Sweepstakes Coins are valid for 180 days fromthe date of last login and may be forfeited if the account is closed or becomes inactive.

Sweepstakes Coins must be requested by the account holder only. Entries submitted by others or via non-compliant methods (including automated devices) are invalid. The Sponsor's determination regarding the validity of entries is final.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, invalid, incomprehensible, or misdirected requests for Sweepstakes Coins.

Users can use Sweepstakes Coins to play games for a chance to win more Sweepstakes Coins. Coins won through gameplay may be eligible for prize redemption, subject to redemption rules.

Trading, transferring, or selling Sweepstakes Coins or accounts is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account restrictions or removal of items.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the odds or Return to Player (RTP) percentage of any sweepstakes game at its sole discretion, but not during an active game spin. Current and historical odds/RTP details are displayed on each game's interface. It is the user's responsibility to review these odds before playing. The probability of winning is independent of previous play history, duration, or engagement level. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and varies by game.

Winner Verification

POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR. THE SPONSOR'S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN INDICATED WIN ON-SCREEN DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION. VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES IS REQUIRED BEFORE A PRIZE IS AWARDED. SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF THE SPONSOR'S VALIDATION PROCESS.

Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Rules.

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release within a specified timeframe. Canadian potential winners will also be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical aid.

Failure to respond to notifications, return required documents on time, comply with these Rules, or correctly answer the skill-testing question (if applicable) will result in prize forfeiture.

If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, re-award the prize.

Prizes and Redemption

Only "Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins" (coins that have been played through at least once in a Sweepstakes Game) count toward prize redemption minimums.

Cash Prize Redemption: Users with50ormore eligible Redeemable Sweepstakes Coins may request acash prize of $1 per coin redeemed via the site's redemption process. TheSponsor may charge a reasonable processing fee not exceeding estimated payment costs.

Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and redemption.

Sweepstakes Coins are for entertainment purposes, are non-transferable, non-saleable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except as specified in these Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Before redeeming any prize:

a. The name on your payment method must match the name on your account.

b. All required identity, age, and verification checks (e.g., source of funds) must be completed.

c. For security and anti-money laundering purposes, prizes will only be paid to a bank account in the winner's name. Joint accounts may require additional verification of all account holders.

Redemption requests are limited to one per 48-hour period and will be processed as soon as practicable.

Cash prize payments may take up to 10 business days to process.

Payments exceeding $2,500 may be subject to extended processing times due to security and bank clearance procedures and may be issued in multiple installments.

Sweepstakes Coins have no cash value. If an account is closed without a qualifying redemption, or if the coin balance isbelow the minimum redemption threshold (25 coins), the user forfeits any claim to prizes. Upon termination of the promotion, all unredeemed Sweepstakes Coins will be forfeited.

If a user initiates a chargeback for any purchase, all pending prizes will be canceled, future prizes may be disallowed, and the account may be suspended or terminated.

Potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor. An on-screen win notification is not confirmation. Official verification must be completed per the Sponsor's procedures.

Potential winners must comply with all Rules. They may be required to sign and return documentation as specified in Section 4.3. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.

Jurisdiction-Specific Restrictions:

a. Florida & New York: If the total prize value exceeds $5,000, the sweepstakes must be registered and bonded with the respective state authority; failure to comply voids the promotion in that state.

b. Rhode Island: If promoted through a retail establishment with prizes exceeding $500, the sweepstakes must be registered with the Rhode Island Secretary of State.

c. Puerto Rico: This promotion is subject to strict local regulations. Non-compliance voids the promotion in Puerto Rico.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

Conditions of Entry and Release

By participating, each user agrees to:

a. Comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

b. Release the Released Parties (as defined in the Rules) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation, entry creation, acceptance/use/misuse of a prize, or the exploitation of an entry.

c. Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from the user's participation or prize use/misuse.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for:

a) Incorrect or inaccurate entry information.

b) Technical failures of any kind.

c) Unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or sweepstakes operation.

d) Technical or human error in administration.

e) Injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or prize use/misuse.

If a participant's Sweepstakes Coins or winning play are lost or corrupted due to an error, the participant's sole remedy is the replacement of an equivalent amount of Sweepstakes Coins by the Sponsor.

General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes or these Rules due to circumstances beyond its control, or in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, violating these Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may violate laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor's failure to enforce any Rule provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

In the event of modification to the sweepstakes, continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
